Hukumar Dakile Yaduwar Cututtuka ta Kasa NCDC ta bayyana cewa a cikin mako guda zazzabin lassa ta kashe mutum 20 sannan mutum 109 sun kamu da cutar a jihohi 16 a kasar nan.
NCDC ta ce cutar ta fara yaduwar daga mako na 8 da ya faro daga ranar 26 ga Faburairu zuwa mako na 9 ranar 3 ga Maris.
Daga mako 8 zuwa 9 mutum 682 sun kamu da cutar kuma ta yi ajalin mutum 128.
An samu karuwa a yawan mutanen da cutar ta yi ajalin su a bana fiye da shekarar bara domin bana.
A wannan shekara jami’an lafiya 8 ne suka kamu da cutar.
Hukumar ta ce an gano yaduwar cutar a jihohin Ondo, Bauchi, Edo, Benue, Ebonyi, Kogi, Kaduna, Taraba, Enugu, Delta, Jigawa, Adamawa, Anambra, Ribas, Ogun da Oyo.
A jihohin Ondo na da – 62%, Edo – 38% sai Bauchi – 24%.
Hukumar ta ce cutar ya fi kama mutane masu shekaru 31 zuwa 40 sannan mata sun fi maza kamuwa da cutar.
Bayan haka NCDC ta ce rashin tsaftatace muhalli da rashin zuwa asibiti domin samun maganin cutar na daga cikin matsalolin da suke ci wa hukumar tuwo a kwarya.

Tsaftace muhalli: A Rika tsaftace muhalli a ko da yaushe. A kau da datti a kowani lokaci sannan a rika goggoge wurare.
Zubar da shara: Idan aka Tara shara kada a rika zubar da shi kusa da gida a rika kaiwa can waje.
Killace Abinci da ruwan Sha: Yin haka zai taimaka wajen hana bere ko kwari shiga cikin abinci ko ruwan sha.
Dafa nama: Kafin a dafa nama kamata ya yi a rika wanke shi da ruwan gishiri domin kashe duk wasu kwayoyin cuta dake jikin naman. A tabbatar naman ya dahu sosai kafin a ci.
Tsafta: A yawaita wanke hannaye da ruwa da sabulu kafin da bayan an ci a inci sannan idan an kammala amfani da ban daki.
