Da Sunan Allah, Mai Rahama, Mai Jinkai

Assalamu Alaikum

Ya ku bayin Allah, ku sani, lallai addinin Musulunci ya bai wa mace wani irin nau’i na kulawa, ya bata matsayi da kariya, wanda ya sanya girmanta ya daukaka. Kuma Musulunci ya kebance ta da kyautata mu’amala, kasancewar ta na ‘ya, ko mata, ko ‘yar uwa, ko uwa, sai Musulunci ya tabbatar tun daga farko cewa lallai namiji da mace an halicce su ne daga asali guda daya, don haka a dan Adamtaka dukkanin su daya ne. Allah yana cewa:

“Ya ku mutane! Ku bi Ubangijin ku da takawa, Wanda Ya halitta ku daga rai guda, kuma Ya halitta, daga gare shi, ma’auransa, kuma Ya watsa daga gare su maza masu yawa da mata….” [Nisa’i: 1]

Akwai wasu ayoyin a wadansu wurare da suke bayyana binne ra’ayin kokarin banbantawa tsakanin tarayyar namiji da mace a cikin asalin dan Adamtaka. Gini akan wannan asali, da inkari akan al’adun jahiliyya, na al’umomin da suka gabata, yasa Manzon Allah (SAW) ya tashi tsaye kan batun bai wa mace kariya da kwato mata hakkinta da aka danne, har ya kai ta matsayin da bata taba samun kanta ba a ciki daga cikin al’umomin da suka gabata, ba’a kuma taba samu ba a cikin al’ummomin da suka zo daga baya, ta yadda Annabi ya sunnanta mata wasu hakkoki da suka kebance ta, wadanda a yau mata suke kokarin kwato irin su a turai, amma basu samu ba.

A wata magana mai cike da fasaha, wadda ke dauke da wata ka’ida mai muhimmanci, wadda Manzon Allah (SAW) ya bayyana, ta nuna cewa mata suna daidai da maza ta matsayi da girma da mutunci. Ba za’a tauye masu hakan ba saboda kasantuwarsu mata kawai. Manzon Allah (SAW) yace:

“Mata abokan (shakikan) maza ne.” [Tirmizi ne ya ruwaito]

Ma’ana kwatankwacin su ne.

Kuma ya tabbata cewa shi Manzon Allah (SAW) ya kasance mai yawan wasicci ne akan mata, har yana fadawa Sahabbansa cewa:

“Kuyi wasiccin alheri ga mata.” [Bukhari]

Irin wannan wasiyyah ta maimaitu daga bakin Annabi (SAW) a Hajjin bankwana, lokacin da yake magana da dubban Al’ummar shi. Don haka idan muka so yin bayanin abin da Manzon Allah (SAW) ya girka na turakun girman mace, da darajar ta, da daukakarta, zamu iya fahimtar hakan ne idan muka fahimci yanayin da ta tsinci kanta a lokacin Jahiliyyar da, da kuma jahiliyyar yanzu, domin ganin irin duffan da take rayuwa a ciki, da wannan ne zamu ga hakikanin halin da mace take ciki a rayuwar Musulunci. Kasantuwar a yau, ana kokarin mayar da mata ‘yan zanga-zanga a tituna, da sunan wayewa ko da sunan kwatar ‘yanci, ko da sunan yakar zalunci da azzalumai. Kasantuwar ayau, ana kokarin mayar da mata wasu kayan jin dadi kawai da holewa. Kasantuwar binne mata da ransu da ake yi, yana daga cikin mugayen dabi’un mutanen Jahiliyyah a da, sai Musulunci yazo da haramcin yin hakan, a inda Allah Madaukaki yake cewa:

“Kuma idan wadda aka binne ta da rai aka tambaye ta. Saboda wane laifi ne aka kashe ta?” [Suratut-Takwir, aya ta: 8-9]

Irin wannan danyen aiki, ya wayi gari daya daga cikin manyan laifuka, kamar yadda ibnu Mas’ud ya ruwaito cewa:

“Na tambayi Manzon Allah (SAW) cewa wane zunubi ne yafi girma?” Sai yace: “Ka sanya wa Allah kishiya alhali shine ya halicce ka.” Sai nace: “sai wane kuma?” Yace: “Ka kashe dan ka wai don tsoron talauci.” Sai nace sai wane?” Sai yace: “Ka yi zina da matar makwabcinka.” [Bukhari]

Manzon Allah (SAW) bai tsaya nan ba wurin bada kariya ga hakkin mata, sai da ya kwadaitar wurin kyautata masu a lokacin da suke kanana, yace:

“Duk wanda ya jibinci wani abu daga lamarin ‘ya’ya mata, sannan kuma ya kyautata masu, to zasu kasance sutura da kariya a gare shi daga azabar wuta.” [Bukhari]

Haka nan Manzon Allah (SAW) yayi umurni da a karantar da ‘ya mace, ya tsawatar cewa kar a yarda a bar ta cikin duhun jahilci, a inda yace:

“Duk mutumin da yake da ‘ya mace sai ya karantar da ita, kuma ya kyautata karantar da ita, ya tarbiyyantar da ita, kuma ya kyautata tarbiyyantar da ita, to yana da lada biyu.” [Bukhari]

Idan kuwa ta girma, ta zama budurwa, to Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ba ta ‘yancin ta zabi mijin da yayi mata ta aura, ta bar wanda bata so. Kuma ba ya halasta a tilasta mata ta auri wanda bata so, shi yasa Annabi (SAW) yace:

“Bazawara ita tafi cancanta da kanta sama da waliyyin ta, budurwa kuma ana neman izinin ta ne, izinin ta kuma shine shirun ta.”

Haka nan ya kara da cewa:

“Ba’a aurar da bazawara har sai an nemi umurnin ta, ba’a aurar da budurwa har sai an nemi izinin ta.” Sai suka ce: “Ya Manzon Allah, menene izinin ta?” Sai yace: “Shirun ta.” [Bukhari]

Idan ta zama matar aure kuma, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya kwadaitar wurin kyautata mata mu’amala da zamantakewa, yana mai bayyana cewa kyautata zamantakewa da mata, yana daga cikin hankalin namiji da karimcin shi. Annabi (SAW) ya fada cewa:

“Duk mijin da ya shayar da matarsa ruwa to zai samu lada.”

A wani wurin kuma ya fada, yana mai razanarwa, yace:

“Ya Allah, ni na barranta kuma babu ruwana da masu tozarta hakkin mutum biyu: maraya da mace.” [Ibnu Majah]

Idan kuma mace taki mijin ta, wato ta ji cewa ba zata iya cigaba da rayuwa da shi ba, to Musulunci ya bata damar neman rabuwa ta hanyar yin khul’i, wato fita daga karkashin ikon shi. Ibnu Abbas (RA) ya ruwaito cewa:

“Matar Thabit Dan Kais ta zo wurin Manzon Allah (SAW) sai tace: “Ya Manzon Allah, ni bana kin Thabit saboda addinin shi ko dabi’un shi, sai dai ni ina jin tsoron yin kafirci! (ma’ana aibata halittar shi ko yin butulci).” Sai Manzon Allah yace: “Shin zaki mayar masa da gonar shi (wadda ya bayar a matsayin sadaki)?” tace: “Eh.” Sai ta mayar masa da gonar shi, sai Manzon Allah ya umarce shi da ya sawwake mata.” [Bukhari]

Kamar yadda Annabi (SAW) ya tabbatar wa da mace cewa tana da ‘yancin mallakar kudi kamar kowane da namiji. Sannan tana da damar saye da sayarwa. Zata iya amsar haya, a bata haya, za’a iya sanya ta wakilci, za’a bata kyauta, babu wata katanga a kanta, matukar dai baliga ce kuma shiryayya, duba da fadin Allah (SWT) a inda yace:

“To, idan kun lura da shiriya daga gare su, to, ku mika masu
dukiyoyin su.” [Suratun Nisa’i, aya ta 6]

A lokacin da Ummu Hani ta bai wa Mushrikai biyu mafaka, sai mijinta ya dage cewa sai ya kashe su, saboda yana ganin cewa ita mace ce, a ganin sa kuma mace bata isa ta bayar da mafaka ba. Sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yayi hukunci da cewa:

“Hakika mun ba da mafaka ga wanda kika ba mafaka ya Ummu Hani.” [Bukhari]

Anan, sai Annabi (SAW) ya bata damar ta bada mafaka da aminci a lokacin zaman lafiya ko lokacin yaki ga wanda ba Musulmi ba.

Ya ku al’ummah, kamar haka ne fa mace Musulma take gudanar da rayuwa madaukakiya a cikin al’ummah, karkashin karantarwar addinin Musulunci mai cike da adalci. Ba kamar yadda yawanci a yau ake kokarin danne wa mace hakkinta ba, tare da cutar da ita. Lallai ya zama dole, ya zama tilas, kuma ya zama wajibi mu sake yin bitar hakkin mata a cikin koyarwar addinin Musulunci, domin rashin yin hakan yana kokarin jawo wa matan Musulmi matsala, musamman a kasar hausa, ko in ce a arewacin Najeriya. Ta yadda hatta ilimin da yake dole kuma wajibi ga mace da namiji, yawancin mu bamu bari ‘ya’yan mu mata suyi, saboda zalunci da rashin fahimtar addini.

Ya ku jama’ah, irin fa wannan gwagwarmayar ta kwato hakkin mata da addininmu na Musulunci ya basu, amma wasu azzalumai daga cikin maza suke kokarin danne masu, shine aikin da Sarkin Kano, Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II yayi yunkurin yi shi da wasu jajirtattun malamai, marasa tsoro, amma sai aka wayi gari wasu jahilai suka kasa fahimtar su, saboda sun fi so a kyale su su ci gaba da danne hakkin matayensu.
