Zamfara: Jihar Da Aka Manta Da Ita A Tarihin Nijeriya! Daga Imam Murtada Muhammad Gusau

Allah yayi dadin tsira da aminci bisa shugaban mu Annabi Muhammad (SAW), da Iyalan sa, da Sahabban sa, da duk wadanda suka bi su da kyautatawa har zuwa ranar sakamako.

Bayan haka:

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa bara ka tuhu

Ya ku ‘yan uwa na masu albarka, masu girma, masu daraja! Kamar yadda kuka sani, Jihar Zamfara, Jiha ce mai tarin albarka, Jiha ce mai dimbin tarihi, da take yankin arewa maso yammacin Nijeriya (Northwest). Babban birnin wannan Jiha shine birnin Gusau, Gwamnan wannan Jiha shine Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, Dan jam’iyyar APC. Kuma kamar yadda kuka sani, wannan Jiha an ciro ta ne daga Jihar Sokoto a shekarar 1996. Wannan Jiha, daga kirkirar ta zuwa yau, tayi Gwamnoni guda hudu, sune: Jibril Bala Yakubu, Gwamnan mulkin soja, Alhaji Ahmad Sani, Yariman Bakura, Alhaji Mamuda Aliyu Shinkafi, Dallatu da Alhaji Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, Gwamna mai ci.

Mafi yawan kabilun wannan Jiha Hausa Fulani ne. Akwai manyan bangarori daban-daban da suka hada da, Zamfarawa: da suka hade kananan hukumomin Anka, Gummi, Bukkuyum da kuma Talatar Mafara. Akwai Gobirawa da suka yi hijira daga masarautar Gobir: sun hade dukkan karamar hukumar Shinkafi. Akwai Burmawa: sun hade karamar hukumar Bakura. Fulani: sun hade kananan hukumomin Bungudu, Maradun da Gusau, sannan sun watsu ko’ina a cikin Jihar. Akwai Katsinawa, Garewatawa da Hadejawa: za ka same su a kananan hukumomin Tsafe, Bungudu da Maru. Akwai Alibawa, wadanda suka zo daga Doso a karkashin shugabancin mutane biyu, wato Ali Da da Ali Bawa: za ka same su a kananan hukumomin Kauran Namoda da Zurmi. Sannan akwai Alawa a karamar hukumar Birnin Magaji, da Bidazawa a Kanmi da Jallawa a Kuryar Madaro da Kasarawa a karamar hukumar Bungudu.

Zamfarawa mutane ne da suka dade suna gwagwarmayar neman ‘yanci, domin su zama masu cin gashin kan su, duk da cewa suna zaune lafiya da abokan zamansu, wato sakkwatawa, kuma ba don ana zaluntar su a zamansu karkashin Sokoto ba. Kawai al’amari ne na idan yaro ya girma, ya isa yaye, zai bukaci a yaye shi domin a samu karin ci gaba. Sai a shekarar 1996 ne tsohon shugaban kasar Nijeriya na mulkin soja, bawan Allah, mutumen kirki, wanda Zamfarawa ba za su taba mantawa da shi ba, Janaral Sani Abacha, ya cire Zamfara daga Jihar Sokoto, ya basu ‘yancin da suka dade suna fafutukar nema. Ina rokon Allah ya jikan Janaral Sani Abacha, ya gafarta kura-kuren sa, amin.

Wannan Jiha mai albarka ta Zamfara tana da fadin kasa murabba’in (square) kilometres dubu 38,418. Tana kuma makwabtaka da kasar Jamhuriyar Niger daga bangaren arewacinta, daga kudanci kuwa tana makwabtaka da Jihar Kaduna, daga gabashi kuwa tayi makwabtaka da Jihar Katsina, daga yammaci kuwa tana makwabtaka da Jihohin Sokoto da Niger. Jihar Zamfara tana da yawan jama’ah da suka kai 3,278,873 a bisa lissafin 2006 na hukumar kidaya ta kasa (National Population Commission). Sannan tana da kananan hukumomi guda goma sha hudu.

Wannan yanki da ake kira Zamfara a yau, a tarihi, daya ne daga cikin garuruwan Hausa, kamar Kano, Katsina, Gobir, Kabi da Zazzau. Asalin mutanen da suka fara zama wannan yanki sune maharba, mafarauta da jaruman mutane da suke kokarin neman na kan su da kokarin kare mutuncin su da mutuncin ‘yan uwan su, da kaunar juna da son zaman lafiya. Sun fara zama a Dutsi, wanda shine farkon hedikwatar yankin Zamfara. An kafa wannan masaurauta ta Zamfara a karni na sha daya (11th century), kuma taci gaba da wanzuwa har zuwa karni na sha shida (16th century) a matsayin masarauta. Hedikwatar wannan masarauta ta ci gaba da kasancewa daga wuri zuwa wuri, misali Dutsi, Birnin Zamfara da sauran su. A farkon karni na sha takwas (18th century) ne masarautar Gobir ta kai wa hedikwatar Zamfara hari, wato Birnin Zamfara, suka rusa ta, shine sai ya kasance a farkon karni na sha tara (18th century) aka sake kafa sabuwar hedikwatar masarautar Zamfara a garin Anka.

Tun a wancan lokacin, masarautar Zamfara Allah ya hore mata cibiyoyin ilimi da kasuwanci, da ci gaba iri-iri, wanda hakan ya jawo ra’ayin manyan ‘yan kasuwa da manyan masana da malamai zuwa ziyartar wurare kamar ‘Yandoto da sauran su.

Bayan Jihadin Shehu Usman Dan Fodio a shekarar 1804, Zamfara ta kasan ce daga cikin yankin Daular Sokoto. A hakikanin gaskiya ma, Mujaddidi Shehu Usman Dan Fodio ya taba zama a Sabon Gari, cikin yankin masarautar Zamfara, a inda Sarkin Zamfara na wancan lokacin, wato Sarki Abarshi ya gina hedikwatar babbar bataliyar soja, wadda Shehu Dan Fodio ya mayar sansanin kai hari ga masarautun Gobir da Kabi.

A zamanin mulkin mallakar turawa kuwa, birnin Gusau ya zama babban muhimmin cibiyar tafiyar da mulki da kasuwanci, wanda sabbin hanyoyin mota da titin jirgin kasa ya ratsa cikin sa. Sanadiyyar haka sai hada-hada ta kankama ko’ina. A lokacin da gwamnatin Gowon ta kirkiri Jihohi kuwa, masarautar Zamfara ta kasance cikin yankin Jihar arewa maso yamma (Northeastern State), sannan daga karshe ta koma cikin yankin Jihar Sokoto. Duk a wadannan lokuta, Zamfara ta kasance cikin zaman lafiya, mutanen ta masu so da kaunar juna, babu wata hayaniya, ko wani tashin hankali ko tsangwamar wani.

Mafi yawan mutanen Jihar Zamfara Hausa Fulani ne. Amma akwai kabilun Gwari, Kamuku, Kambari, Dukawa, Bussawa, Zabarmawa, Igbo, Yoruba, Kanuri, Nupe da Tiv mazauna Jihar. Kamar sauran manyan biranen Nijeriya, Jihar Zamfara tana dauke da kabilu daban-daban da suka shigo Jihar domin gudanar da harkokin su cikin lumana da walwala.

Noma shine babbar sana’ar mutanen Jihar Zamfara, shi yasa ma babban kirarin Jihar ya kasance ‘NOMA SHINE ABIN ALFAHARIN MU (FARMING IS OUR PRIDE).’ Ban da noma, mutanen Jihar Zamfara masu kiwo ne, kuma ‘yan kasuwa ne, kuma akwai ma’aikatan gwamnati da yawa a cikin su, kuma masu kokarin neman ilimin addini da na zamani ne.

Jihar Zamfara Jiha ce da Allah ya azurta da zinari, amma sakacin hukuma yasa an kasa samun ingantacciyar hanyar da mutanen Jihar da ma ‘yan Nijeriya gaba daya za su amfana da shi.

Musulunci shine mafi yawanci, kuma babban addinin mutanen Jihar Zamfara. Jihar Zamfara ita ce Jiha ta farko da tayi yunkurin dabbaka Shari’ar Musulunci a zamanin Mulkin Gwamna Ahmad Sani, Yariman Bakura. Haka akwai tsirarun Kiristoci a Jihar da kuma tsirarun Maguzawa, wadanda suke zaunannun tsoffin garuruwa, kamar Dutsi da Kwatarkwashi.

Yaren Ingilishi shine harshen gudanar da mulki a Jihar Zamfara. Mafi girman harshen da ake magana da shi a Jihar shine Hausa. Sannan ana magana da yarukan Fulfulde da Arabiyyah a Jihar. Akwai yarukan baki kamar Yoruba, Igbo da sauransu.

‘Yan uwa masu girma, masu albarka, masu daraja! Duk wannan ina kokarin yin shinfida ne a kan wannan Jiha ta mu mai albarka, wadda sakacin mu da sakacin shugabannin siyasar mu, yasa yau aka wayi gari ta tashi daga Jihar can da muka sani da karimci da girmama juna, da zaman lafiya, zuwa wani abu daban na takaici, na zubar da jini, da yake gudana a yau a Jihar!

A hakikanin gaskiya, gwamnoni ukun farko na wannan Jiha mai albarka: Jibril Bala Yakubu, Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura, Mamuda Aliyu Shinkafi, sun taka rawar gani, kuma ko wannen su yayi kokari, kuma ya bayar da gudummawa wajen ci gaban Jihar. Ko wanensu ya nuna kishin al’ummar Zamfara, ya basu hakkinsu gwargwado, ya zauna a Jihar, kuma ya saurari koke-koken su, shi yasa a lokutan su aka zauna lafiya, ba kashe-kashe, ba tashin hankali, babu ko wace matsala. Amma tun da suka wuce, mulkin Jihar Zamfara ya dawo hannun Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, sai aka samu matsala, muka samu kan mu cikin halin da muke ciki a yau.

Ya ku ‘yan uwa, wallahi Jihar mu ta Zamfara, Jiha mai albarka, tana cikin wani irin mawuyacin hali na rashin tsaro, wanda duk yadda za’a yi maka bayani, kawai sai dai ayi maka iya abunda aka iya yi, amma ba za’a iya yi maka bayanin hakikanin gaskiyar abin da yake faruwa a Jihar ba. An wayi gari a yau, Jihar Zamfara da muka taso, muka girma a cikin ta, Jihar da muka sani da zaman lafiya, a kullum ba abin da ake yi sai salwantar da daruruwan rayukan bayin Allah, wadanda basu ji ba, ba su gani ba, ana sace dukiyar su, ana kona garuruwan su, ana bata amfanin gonar su, ana yiwa matansu da ‘ya ‘yan su da kannensu fyade a gaban idon su suna kallo, ana sace su kullum, ayi garkuwa da su, domin neman kudin fansa (kidnapping).

Shugaban kasar Nijeriya, Muhammadu Buhari, da Gwamnan Jihar, Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, dukkanin su sun dau alkawari, sun yi rantsuwa da Alkur’ani Mai tsarki, a matsayin su na Musulmi, cewa za su kare rayuka da dukiyoyin al’ummah, amma duk a banza, sun yi shiru, sun kasa yin komai, sun kasa yin wani abun azo a gani, na ganin cewa sun kawo karshen wannan rashin mutunci da ‘yan ta’adda, barayi, suke yiwa bayin Allah a Jihar!

Gwamnan Jihar, Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, sam bai damu da matsalar mutanen sa ba. A matsayin sa na Gwamna, zama Jihar ma ya gagare shi, balle ya saurari koke-koke da matsalolin Al’ummah, ya taimaka wurin share masu hawayensu. Ya raina mutanen Jihar Zamfara, bai dauke su bakin komai ba, ba ya sauraron kowa, ba ya kallon kowa da daraja a Jihar, tun daga ‘yan siyasa, malaman addini, sarakuna, ‘yan kasuwa, da sauransu.

Mun ga yadda Gwamna Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari ya jajirce, yayi kusan sati biyu bai je ko’ina ba a lokacin da ake kokarin yin zaben fidda gwani (primary election) a Jihar, yayi ihu, ya tayar da jijiyar wuya, yayi kumfan baki, akan cewa su basu yarda ba. Kai, ina ma ace Zamfarawa suna samun wannan gatan, suna ganin Gwamnan su a koda yaushe, ai wallahi da sun more. Amma ina, zaman Jihar ya buwaye shi!

A Jihar Zamfara babu wasu abubuwan more rayuwa na azo a gani, da ‘yan Jihar za su amfana da shi, ilimi, ruwan sha, magani a asibiti, ingantattun asibitoci, wutar lantarki, hanyoyi masu kyau, rashin aikin yi a wurin dimbin matasan mu, talauci, yunwa, cutar da ma’aikatan Gwamnati, mayar da matasan mu ‘yan ta’adda da sunan bangar siyasa, sara-suka, shaye-shaye, fashi-da-makami da sauran su, sune abubuwan da suka cika Jihar mu mai albarka. Wallahi, Allah shine shaida, kullum sai nayi kukan bakin ciki, saboda wadannan abubuwan da suke faruwa a Jihar Zamfara. Wadannan abubuwa da nike fada, idan nayi wa Gwamna sharri ko kazafi, to zamu hadu ni da shi gaban Allah yayi muna hisabi!

A bangaren Gwamantin tarayya kuwa, wallahi Gwamnatin Buhari ba tayi wa al’ummar Jihar Zamfara adalci ba. Kuma gaba daya ba tayi wani abin azo a gani ba domin taimakawa Zamfarawa wurin fita daga wannan kangi da suka samu kan su a ciki. Muna ji, kuma muna gani, yadda Shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari yake nuna damuwa, da jimami, da bayar da umurni ga jami’an tsaro su koma wasu jihohi, su tare can, har sai an yi maganin matsalar tsaro a wurin, amma a Jihar Zamfara yayi ko oho, yayi kunnen uwar shegu, ko jajanta muna ba yayi, yayi shiru, kai kace Jihar Zamfara ba a Nijeriya take ba. Mun rasa gano laifin da Zamfarawa suka yiwa Gwamnatin Muhammadu Buhari. Kullum sai ihu ake yi cewa shi mai gaskiya ne, yayi maganin matsalar tsaro a Nijeriya, kaza-kaza, to amma dai kam wallahi, mu Zamfarawa bamu shaida hakan ba. Kuma wallahi babu wanda ya isa ya tafi Jihar Zamfara yace muna an samu tsaro a Nijeriya har mu saurare shi ko shi dan wanene! Domin wai ance da kare ana buki a gidan ku, shine yace mu gani a kasa. Kuma Malam Bahaushe ma cewa yayi, RUWAN DA YA DA KE KA AI SHINE RUWA, ko ba haka ba?

Daruruwan mutane yanzu haka wallahi suna hannun ‘yan ta’adda, kuma babu wanda yasan lokaci ko ranar kubutar su. Daruruwan bayin Allah yanzu haka sun gudu sun bar gidajen su, sun zama ‘yan gudun hijira a wasu garuruwan, ban da dubban yaran da aka mai da su marayu a Jihar, da matan da aka mayar mara sa mazaje.

Na rantse da Allah wanda babu abun bautawa da gaskiya sai shi, kullum sai an kashe mutane ko anyi kidnapping din su, ko a sace masu dukiyoyi ko a kona masu garuruwa, ko ayi wa mata fyade, a Jihar Zamfara! A haka kuke so mu yarda da farfagandar da kuke yi cewa wai an samu tsaro a Nijeriya? Wallahi dukkanin mu za mu mutu, kuma za mu tsaya gaban Allah yayi muna hisabi!

Duk wannan badakalar da ke faruwa, babban abin da ya kamata Zamfarawa su sani shine, zaben 2019 yana zuwa, ya kamata su kwatar wa kan su ‘yanci, ta hanyar yin amfani da kuri’unsu yadda ya kamata, domin zaben wadanda suka damu da matsalolin su!

Wasu bayin Allah, masu kishi da nuna damuwa akan abun da yake faruwa a Jihar Zamfara, suna ta yawan tambaya cewa, wai shin wannan al’amari da yaki ci yaki cinyewa, waye mai laifi a ciki? Shin Gwamnatin Jihar Zamfara ce karkashin jagorancin Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari ke da laifi, ko kuma Gwamnatin tarayya ce karkashin Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ke da laifi, ko kuma laifin namu ne mu talakawan Jihar Zamfara?

Alhamdulillah, ni dai kam da yardar Allah nasan cewa laifin na dukkanin mu ne; Gwamnatin tarayya, Gwamnatin Jiha da kuma mu talakawan Jihar. Kuma da ikon Allah, a matsayina na Musulmi, ina da hujjoji akan haka. Domin dukkanin wata musiba, da wani bala’i da suke afkawa mutane, Allah ya riga ya sanar da bayin sa cewa sune suke jawo wa kan su ita. Domin Allah baya canzawa bayinsa ni’imar da yayi masu ta zaman lafiya, yalwar arziki, da sauransu, har sai idan su sun canza, daga yi masa da’a da biyayya, zuwa ga saba masa.

Allah Ta’ala yana cewa:

“Wancan ne, haka abin yake, lallai Allah bai kasance yana canza wata ni’ima da ya ni’imta akan wasu mutane ba face har sai sun canza abin da yake cikin rayukansu, kuma lallai Allah mai ji ne, kuma masani.” [Suratul Anfal: 53]

Kuma Allah Ta’ala yace:

“…Lallai Allah baya canza abinda yake ga mutane (na ni’imomi) har sai sun canza abin da yake cikin zukatansu. Kuma idan Allah yayi nufin saukar wata azaba ga wasu mutane, to babu mai iya mayar da ita, kuma ba su da wani majibinci bancin shi (Allah).” [Suratur Ra’ad: 11]

Da wadannan ayoyin na Alkur’ani zamu fahimci cewa, asalin abun da Allah yake yi ga bayin sa shine ni’ima, idan sun gode masa sai ya kara masu, idan kuwa sun yi butulci, maimakon su gode masa sai suka saba masa, sai ya canza ni’imar zuwa musiba. Allah ya tsare mu, amin.

Laifin Gwamnatin tarayya da Gwamnatin Jiha, shine, rashin kula da hakkin talakawan Jihar Zamfara yadda ya kamata. Dimbin matasa a Jihar Zamfara ba su da aikin yi, kai basu ma san kan su ba sam. Domin an bar su babu ilimi, babu sana’a. Kai basu ma san yadda ake sana’ar ba. Kawai an bar su sai bangar siyasa, sai zaman banza, sai zaman kashe-wando, sai yawo a gari. Wallahi duk wanda ya ziyarci Jihar Zamfara ya ga wadannan matasa in dai shi mai imani ne sai ya zubar da hawaye. Kuma mutum zai san cewa maganar zaman lafiya a wannan Jiha sai dai wani ikon Allah kawai! Tun daga Gwamnatin tarayya, har ta Jiha, har manyan ‘yan siyasar mu sunyi laifi anan, na yin watsi da ‘ya ‘yan talakawa a Jihar Zamfara. Wannan laifi kuwa sun yi wa Allah ne kuma sun yi wa talakawan Jihar, shi yasa suka jawo fushin Allah, sai Allah ya canza ni’imar da yayi wa Jihar da saukar da azaba.

Sannan kar mu manta fa, a Jihar Zamfara ne wasu lalatattun ‘yan siyasa suke jefa Alkur’ani cikin masai/ shadda/toilet, domin neman wata biyan bukata ta su ta mulkin duniya. Bokaye, shedanu, suka basu wannan, cewa bukatar su ta siyasa ba za ta biya ba, har sai sun jefa Alkur’ani cikin masai/shadda. Muna nufin a Jihar da ake yiwa littafin Allah wannan ace za’a samu zaman lafiya? Sannan a Jihar Zamfara ne fa wasu ‘yan siyasa suke kwanciya da ‘ya ‘yan mutane, maza, suna luwadi da su. Duk wadannan abubuwa sun taimaka wurin jawo fushin Allah, wanda sanadiyyar haka Allah ya sako wasu daga cikin bayin sa domin su zama azaba da fitina ga Jihar, idan mun ji tsoron sa, kuma mun tuba, muka koma gare shi, muka dai na, sai Allah ya tausaya muna, ya karbi tuban mu, ya yafe muna.

Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Ka ce: Shi mai iko ne akan ya aiko da wata azaba a kanku, daga samanku, ko kuma daga karkashin kafafunku, ko kuma ya rarraba ku kungiya-kungiya, kuma ya dandana wa sashen ku masifar sashe (ma’ana: wasun ku su addabi wasu). Ka duba yadda muke sarrafa ayoyi, tsammaninsu suna fahimta.” [Suratul An’am: 65]

Kuma Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Kuma kamar wannan ne, Muka fitini sashensu da sashe (wasunsu su fitini wasu), domin suce: shin wadannan ne Allah yayi falala kansu a tsakaninmu? Shin Allah bai kasance masani ga masu godiya ba?” [Suratul An’am: 53]

Kuma Allah Madaukaki yace:

“…Kuma mun sanya wasu daga cikin ku su zama fitina ga re ku, (mu gani) shin za ku yi hakuri? Kuma Ubangijinka ya kasance mai gani.” [Suratul Furqan: 20]

Ya ku ‘yan uwa, haka fa Allah yake al’amarinsa. Idan mutane suna zaluntar ‘ya ‘yan talakawa, suka tura ‘ya ‘yan su makarantun alfarma, suka hana diyan talakawa samun ingantaccen ilimi, to abun da zai faru shine, diyan talakawan nan da suka wulakanta, sune za su zama ‘yan ta’adda, sune za su zama ‘yan daba, sune za su zama ‘yan Boko Haram, sune za su zama barayin shanu, sune za su zama kidnappers, sune za su zama ‘yan fashi-da-makami, sai Allah yayi amfani da su ya gallaza maku. Wadancan ayoyin Alkur’anin na sama abunda suke nunawa kenan! Allah ya kiyashe mu, amin.

Sannan laifin talakawa kuwa, shine, duk mun lalace, ba abinda muke yi sai saba umurnin Allah. Allah yace muyi muki yi, Allah yace mu bari, muki bari. Zinace-zinace, shaye-shaye, luwadi, madigo, sata, zamba, cin amana, hassada, rashin kaunar juna, yiwa juna bakin ciki, neman mu samu kudi ta kowace hanya, rashin imani, rashin tausayi, rashin tsoron Allah, gulma, giba, annamimanci, wulakanta addinin Allah, kafirci, shirka, karya, rashin kula da iyalan mu da wulakantasu da kin yi masu tarbiyya mai kyau, raina manya, rashin tausayin kanana, kisan kai, tsafi, tauye mudu, tauye sikeli da ma’auni, rashin tausayi wurin kasuwanci, kin fitar da hakkin Allah daga dukiyoyin mu, yawan mace-macen aure da dukkan wani laifi da Allah ya hana mu, yace mu nisance shi, mun kasance muna aikata shi a yau! Muna ganin sanadiyyar wannan Allah ba zai saukar muna da wannan azaba ta Boko Haram da wadannan barayi, ‘yan ta’adda da suka addabi al’ummah ba? Muna nufin Allah zai yi wasa da mu da ya fada muna cewa idan muka kauce wa umurninsa zai azabtar da mu? Muna nufin Allah wasa yake yi da yace duk wata azaba da wata musiba da ta afka muna mune muka jawo ta da hannayen mu? Wallahi Allah yayi gaskiya, kawai abinda ya rage shine, Gwamnatin tarayya, Gwamnatin Jiha da mu kan mu, mu gyara, idan kowa yayi abin da ya dace, abin da Allah ya dora masa, za mu ga gyara da yardar Allah.

Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Kuma duk abin da ya same ku na wata masifa, to, abinda hannayenku suka aikata ne, bancin ma Allah yana yafe wadansu laifuka masu yawa.” [Suratush Shura: 30]

Kuma Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Shin kuma kun tuna, hakika a lokacin da wata masifa ta same ku, alhali irin ta ta taba samun ku, kuka ce: daga ina kuma wannan masifa take? Ka ce: daga wurin ku ne ta ke. Lallai Allah mai iko ne akan komai.” [Suratu Ali Imrana: 165]

Kuma Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Barna (musibu da fitintinu) sun bayyana a cikin kasa da teku (a ko’ina), saboda abin da hannayen mutane suka aikata. Domin Allah (yana nufin) ya dandana masu sashin abin da suka aikata, tsammaninsu za su dawo kan hanya (su daina laifin da suke yi, su tuba).” [Suratur Rum: 41]

Kuma Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Kamar dabi’un mutanen Fir’auna ne da wadanda suka gabace su; sun karyata ayoyin mu, sai Allah ya kama su sanadiyyar zunuban su. Kuma Allah ya kasance mai tsananin ukuba ne.” [Suratul Ali Imrana: 11]

Ya ku bayin Allah, duk mu kalli wadannan ayoyin Alkur’anin da idon basirah. Muji tsoron Allah, kar mu siyasantar da wannan al’amari da yake damun mu. Kar muce Shugaban kasa Buhari baya da laifi domin makauniyar soyayyar da muke yi masa, kar muce Gwamna Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari baya da laifi don jam’iyyar mu guda da shi, ko domin makauniyar soyayyar da muke yi masa, ko don neman abin duniya, sannan mu ma talakawa kar mubi son zuciya, mu ce bamu da laifi. Alhali wallahi Allah ne kadai ya san ta’asar da muke aikatawa. Saboda haka, kowa ya gyara, kowa ya sauke hakkin da ke kansa, sai Allah ya gyara muna. Allah yasan komai.

“Ya san yaudarar idanu, kuma ya san dukkanin abin da zukata ke boyewa.” [Suratu Ghafir: 19]

“Kuma da Allah yana kama mutane saboda dukkan abin da suka aikata (na zunubi, kuma ya zamanto baya yafe wani), da bai bar wata dabba ba a bayan kasa. Amma yana jinkirta masu zuwa wani ajalin da aka ambata. Sannan idan ajalinsu yazo, to, lallai Allah ya kasance mai gani ga bayinsa.” [Suratu Fadir: 45]

“Kuma da Allah yana kama mutane da dukkan zaluncinsu, da bai bar wata dabba ba a kan kasa. Sai dai amma yana jinkirta masu zuwa wani ajali ambatacce. Sannan idan ajalin su yazo, ba za’a yi masu jinkiri ba ko da sa’a guda, kuma su ba zasu gabata ba.” [Suratun Nahli: 61]

Ya ku ‘yan uwa na, ya kamata kuma mu sani, duk wadannan musifu da azaba da fitintinu da jarabawa da Allah za ya saukar idan mu da shugabannin mu muka kauce hanya, ba wai saboda Allah baya son mu bane, a’a, Allah yana kaunar mu matuka, shi yasa ya jarrabe mu don mu gyara, mu dawo kan hanya.

Ba zai yiwu kace za kayi abunda kake so ba, kuma kace kana son zaman lafiya. Da wannan bakin talaucin da muka jefa cikin al’ummah muke tsammanin samun zaman lafiya? Kullun muna yiwa Allah karya cewa shi ya kawo talauci? Alhali Allah ya halicci bayinsa kuma ya hore dukkan abinda zasu ci su rayu, ba tare da kowa ya sha wahala ba. Idan mun aikata abunda zai jawo muna wahala sai mu danganta wa Allah? Karya ne! Daga gare ku yake! Rashin iya mulkin ku ne! Zunubin da muke yiwa Allah ne!

Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Ko wace rai mai dandanar mutuwa ne. Kuma muna jarraba ku da sharri da alkhairi domin fitina (ko za ku gyara). Kuma zuwa gare mu ake mayar da ku.” [Suratul Anbiya’: 35]

Kuma Allah Madaukaki yace:

“Kuma lallai mun aika zuwa ga al’ummomi kafin ka, sai muka kama su da azaba da cuta, tsammaninsu za su kankan da kai (suyi tawali’u, su dawo kan hanya, sai suka ki). Da ace a lokacin da azabarmu ta sauka a gare su sun nuna tawali’u, to amma sai zukatansu suka kekashe, sai shaidan ya kawata masu abin da suka kasance suna aikatawa.” [Suratul An’am: 42-43]

Wadannan ayoyin Alkur’ani mai girma duk suna nuna muna cewa lallai Allah (SWT) shine yake saukar da musibu ga ko wace al’ummah a lokacin da suka kauce hanya, domin ya jarrabe su ko zasu dawo kan hanya. Da zaran sun gyara, sai Allah ya tausaya masu ya dakatar da wannan musiba, ya dafa zukatan wadannan ‘yan ta’adda, sai su gane, su dawo kan hanya. Dama su wadannan ‘yan ta’adda bayinsa ne, shine ya halicce su, kuma shine ya sallada su akan wasu bayin nasa, domin ya fitine su, sanadiyyar sakacin shugabanni na barin ‘ya ‘yan talakawa cikin bakin talauci da bakin jahilci, da kuma sanadiyyar zunubanmu.

Allah Madaukaki ya jarrabi al’ummomin da suka gabace mu, kuma ya shaida muna muma lallai za ya jarrabe mu, don haka ba wani abu ne sabo ba. Kawai al’amarin shine, duk wanda yayi da kyau, to shi ma zai ga da kyau. Duk kuma wanda ya munana, to shi ma zai ga muni. Ko wag gyara ya sani, kuma ko wab bata ya sani.

Shugabannin siyasar da, da suka kyautata wa talakawan su, ai bamu ga irin wannan zubar da jini yana faruwa ba a cikin al’ummah.

Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Ashe mutane za suyi zaton a barsu kawai don sun ce, “munyi imani”, alhali kuwa ba za’a jarrabe su ba? Kuma wallahi hakika mun jarrabi wadanda suka gaba ce, domin Allah yasan su waye masu gaskiya, kuma yasan su waye makaryata.” [Suratul Ankabut: 2-3]

Kuma Allah Ta’ala yace:

“Kuna tsammanin Ku shiga Aljannah (arha), tun kwatankwacin irin abinda ya samu wadanda suka gabace ku bai same ku ba? Wahalhalu da azaba da cuta da jarrabawa sun shafe su, aka tsoratar da su, aka girgiza su, har Manzonsu da wadanda suka yi imani tare da shi suka ce: “Yaushe taimakon Allah zai zo?” Lallai taimakon Allah yana kusa.” [Suratul Bakara: 214]

An karbo Hadisi daga Sauban Allah ya kara masa yarda yace:

“Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: “lallai Allah za ya hanawa mutum arziki saboda zunubin da ya aikata…” [Ibn Majah ne ya fitar da shi da Ibn Hibban da Hakim, kuma ya inganta shi]

Kuma masu hikima sun ce:

“Bala’i da musiba ba za su sauka ba sai saboda zububi, kuma ba za’a dauke su ba sai saboda tuba.”

Ya ku ‘yan uwa na! Game da wannan matsalar tsaro a Jihar Zamfara, kai da ma dukkanin tada-kayar-bayan ‘yan ta’adda, idan har muna so Allah ya tausaya muna, ya kawo muna karshen su, to muyi abun da ya dace na samar da abin da ya kamata ga talakawa, musamman samar masu da aikin yi, da samar masu da ingantaccen ilimi.

Sannan ya kamata Gwamnatin Muhammadu Buhari ta nuna wa Zamfarawa cewa lallai su ‘yan Nijeriya ne, kuma ba ta manta da su ba. Idan kuma an fitar damu daga Nijeriya ne shi yasa ake ta kashe mu amma basu nuna damuwa, to ya kamata mu sani.

Sannan ina kira ga talakawa cewa don Allah, don Allah, don Allah suyi hakuri, su daina yin bore. Abin da ya faru a karamar hukumar Tsafe na tashin hankali da tare hanya, a gaskiya bai dace ba. Lallai kowa yasan cewa abun takaici ne irin yadda ake yiwa bayin Allah kisan-gilla. Abun da ciwo matuka. To amma mu sani, daukar doka a hannunmu, da tare hanya, da kone-konen dukiyar Gwamnati ba namu bane, kuma a matsayin mu na Musulmi, wannan ya sabawa addinin mu na Musulunci.

Muyi kokari mu kauce wa yin fito-na-fito da hukuma, domin wannan ya sabawa addinin mu na Musulunci.

Daga karshe, ina mai rokon Allah da ya tausaya muna, ya azurta mu da tsaro, ya gafarta muna zunuban mu, ya shiryar da mu da shugabannin mu tafarki madaidaici, amin.
