TAMBAYA: Shin idan mutum yayi ba’adi ko Kabli dole ne sai ya sake Tahiya yayi sallama koko idan yayi su zai iya yin sallama kawai?

Anayin sujadar Kabili ko Ba’adi ne don gyran Sallah, duk inda aka rage sunna ko akayi shakka a cikin sallar farilla, to, Kabli akeyi. Ba’adi kuma ana yin ta ne duk inda akayi kari. Amma a mazahabar Hanafiyya Sujadar Ba’adi kwai a keyi a ko wace irin raukanuwa, inda kuma Shafi’iyya ke ganin Kabli kawai za’a yi. (wato babu sujadar Kabli a

To dan uwa, Allah ya albarkace mu, Tambayarka idan mutum yayi Ba’adi ko Kabli dole ne sai ya sake Tahiya yayi sallama koko idan yayi su zai iya yin sallama kawai? Malamai sun yi sabani akan hakan kuma ga bayaninsu a takaice:
1 – Idan sujadar Ba’adi ne, to Imam malik da Abu Hanifa sun bada fatawar sake Tahiya kafin sallama.
2 – Idan sujadar Kabli ne, to Imam Malik ya bada fatawar sallamewa bayan suja ba tare da sake Tahiyaba.
3 – Idan sujadar Ba’adi ne, to Imam Shafi’i ya bada fatawar sake Tahiya kafin sallama.
4 – Amma Imam Ahmad Bn Hambali ya bada fatawar sake Tahiya kafin sallama a sujadar Ba’adi kuma ya bada fatawar sallamewa bayan suja ba tare da sake Tahiyaba a sujadar Kabli.
Manyan malamai sun yi bincike kan wannan tattaunawa na magabata kuma suka ce: Babu wani Hadisi da ya inganta akan sake Tahiya bayan sujadar Raukannuwa, kuma babu shakka akan cewa ba’a sake tahiya bayan Kabli ko Ba’adi. Mutum zai sallame ne kawai da zarar ya dago daga sujadar raukannuwa. Wannan shi ne ra’ayi mafi ingancin da aka ruwaito daga:
Sa’ad Bn Abi Waqqas, Ammar, Ibn Abi Lailah, Ibn Sirin, Al-Tahawi, Abu Amr, Ibn Munzir, Auza’i, Ibn Daqiq, Ibn Usaimin, Ibn Taimiyya kuma wamman ita ce fatawar Lajnatu Da’imah.
Allah shi ne mafi sani.
