Mafi yawa daga cikin mutane ba su da masaniya kan amfanin da gyada ke yi a jikin mutum.

Wasu mutane sun canfi cewa cin gyada danya,dafaffe ko kuma soyayya na kara kiba a jiki sannan yana kawo wasu kuraraji a fuska wanda ake kira da ‘Pinples’.

Ga amfani 9 da gyada ke yi a jikin mutum;

1. Gyada na kare mutum daga kamuwa da cutar bugawan zuciya.

2. Gyada na dauke da sinadarin ‘vitamin B3’ wanda ke taimakawa wajen hana mutum mantuwa.

3. Yana dauke da sinadarin ‘Phylosterols wanda ke kare mutum daga kamuwa da cutar daji.

4. Yana kuma kare mutum daga kamuwa da cutar siga.

5. Ana samun sinadarin ‘Folate’ wanda ke bunkasa kiwon lafiyan mata masu ciki.

6. Gyada na kara karfi a jiki.

7. Yana bunkasa girman jikin mutum musamman yara domin yana dauke da sinadarin ‘Protein’.

8. Gyada na gyara fatar jikin mutum da hana saurin tsufa saboda akawai sinadarin ‘vitamin E’ a ciki.

9. Gyada na faranta wa mutum rai musamman masu yawan fushi.
